4. Free Resources and Downloads

When you request a template, checklist, or guide, we collect your name, work email, company, and role. You can also tell us your company size and whether you handle CUI or defense work. We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you used. We use this to deliver the file, to understand who finds our resources useful, and to follow up with you.

5. Our Follow-Up Email Series

If you request a resource, we may send you up to five short emails from Jeff Dennis over about three weeks. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email info@trnsfrm.tech. We do not use open tracking pixels in this series, and we do not sell or share your information.

6. Service Providers We Use

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): sends our marketing emails and stores the contact details needed to do that.
• Microsoft 365: delivers internal notifications to our team when you submit a form.
• Lovable and Supabase: host our website and database.

Each of these providers processes data only on our instructions.

7. Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and anonymized session replays. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded. 8. How Long We Keep It

Resource requests are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted, unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@trnsfrm.tech.
