L3 Onsite and Field Engineer
TRNSFRM is hiring an L3 Onsite and Field Engineer in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time W-2 position. Provide onsite and field support across Columbus and Central Ohio.
Prior MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is required. Bring senior L3 troubleshooting skills. Deliver projects and white-glove onsite client service.
Support firewalls, switching, VLANs, wireless and site-to-site VPNs. Lead onsite network deployments and resolve escalations.
Support Azure and cloud environments, servers and virtualization. Manage backups and disaster recovery.
Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams and Intune. Maintain M365 security.
Compensation is $95,000/yr plus benefits. Full-time W-2 team members are eligible for health benefits, retirement, life and disability insurance, and additional performance-based pay.
